We are seeking an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) – Offer Decisioning Developer to design and implement personalized customer experiences using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Offer Decisioning, customer journey orchestration, and real-time personalization.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage Offer Decisioning components including Offers, Placements, Collections, Decision Policies, Ranking Strategies, and Eligibility Rules.

Design and optimize personalized customer journeys using real-time customer profiles, contextual data, and event-based triggers.

Implement Next Best Offer (NBO) and real-time personalization use cases.

Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), CRM, CDP, CMS, and third-party applications.

Develop integrations using Adobe APIs, REST APIs, JSON, and data mapping.

Troubleshoot and optimize offer delivery, decisioning performance, and customer journeys.





Collaborate with business and marketing teams to deliver scalable personalization solutions.

Required Skills

5–8 years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

Experience with Offer Decisioning, including Offers, Placements, Collections, Decision Policies, Ranking Strategies, and Eligibility Rules.

Robust knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time Customer Profile, Segmentation, and Identity Management.

Experience with Next Best Offer (NBO), journey orchestration, and real-time personalization.

Hands-on experience with Adobe APIs, REST APIs, JSON, and integrations.

Good understanding of customer segmentation, data governance, and consent management.

Preferred Qualifications

Adobe Journey Optimizer Developer or Business Practitioner Certification.

Experience with enterprise-scale personalization projects.

Knowledge of omnichannel marketing (Email, SMS, Push, Web, Mobile).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
