About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Workfront Developer to design, develop, and enhance Adobe Workfront solutions that streamline enterprise work management, workflow automation, and operational collaboration. This role is responsible for building scalable customizations, integrations, and automation capabilities that improve business productivity and enable effective execution of marketing, creative, and enterprise delivery processes.

Working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, Workfront consultants, customer engineering teams, and platform administrators, the Workfront Developer will engineer robust workflow solutions that align with organizational processes, integrate seamlessly with enterprise platforms, and support long-term operational excellence.

Technical and Professional Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Workfront Developer to design, develop, and enhance Adobe Workfront solutions that streamline enterprise work management, workflow automation, and operational collaboration. This role is responsible for building scalable customizations, integrations, and automation capabilities that improve business productivity and enable efficient execution of marketing, creative, and enterprise delivery processes.

Mandatory

- Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront for project and work management.

- Strong expertise in Workfront Fusion to design and implement automation workflows.

- Experience in Workfront Custom Development, including building custom solutions and enhancements.

- Proficiency in REST API integration for connecting Workfront with third-party applications.

- Strong programming skills in JavaScript for scripting, customization, and integrations.





Preferred

- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its integration with Workfront.

- Knowledge of designing and implementing custom forms and workflows in Workfront.

- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud integration and related Adobe ecosystem services.

- Understanding of CI/CD practices for application deployment and release management.

- Experience in Workfront Administration, including configuration, user management, and system maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize Adobe Workfront solutions to support enterprise workflow management and business process automation.

- Build and maintain Workfront Fusion automations that streamline operational workflows and improve business efficiency.

- Develop custom integrations between Adobe Workfront and enterprise applications using REST APIs and JavaScript.

- Configure and extend Workfront functionality to address customer-specific business requirements while maintaining platform scalability and maintainability.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution teams to translate operational requirements into effective technical solutions.

- Design reusable workflow components, automation templates, and integration patterns that promote consistency and operational efficiency.

- Support custom forms, approval workflows, notifications,



and business process enhancements within Adobe Workfront.

- Ensure solution quality through testing, code reviews, documentation, and adherence to development best practices.

- Participate in deployment planning, CI/CD processes, and release activities where applicable.

- Troubleshoot application issues, optimize workflow performance, and recommend improvements that enhance operational effectiveness.

- Maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, and knowledge repositories for Workfront development solutions.

- Stay current with Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, and Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities to recommend continuous platform improvements.

Educational Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
