Role Description The Admissions Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves guiding prospective learners through the admissions process for international education programs, including explaining eligibility criteria, application requirements, and timelines.

The Admissions

Specialist will conduct consultations, respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and maintain accurate records of applicant information and interactions. Daily tasks include supporting student recruiting activities,



coordinating with internal teams and partner institutions, and assisting with documentation and application submissions. The role also includes following up with applicants, providing regular updates on application status, and contributing to outreach and information sessions to promote available programs.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with learners and families.

Candidates should possess Sales and Student Recruiting skills to support enrollment targets and outreach initiatives.

Candidates should possess knowledge and interest in Education to guide applicants on suitable programs and pathways.

Candidates should have good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple applications and deadlines.

Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Jaipur and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Candidates with prior experience in counseling, admissions, or study-abroad services are preferred.
