We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Education Counselor to guide prospective students and help them make informed decisions about their educational and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls generated through leads.

- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.

- Follow up with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and email.

- Assist students throughout the admission process.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.

- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive experience.

- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in Education Counseling, Admission Counseling, Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Support is preferred.

- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
