Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students in understanding admission processes for UG, PG, and PhD programs
- Guide candidates on application procedures, documentation, and university selection
- Provide academic-level information related to thesis development and research publication processes
- Coordinate with internal academic and operational teams to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain regular follow-ups and professional communication with students and researchers
- Update and manage records through CRM systems for tracking and reporting
