Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students to understand their academic aspirations and guide them in selecting suitable university programs.
- Provide personalised counselling via phone, email, or in-person sessions.
- Support students throughout the admissions process from inquiry to enrolment.
- Achieve weekly and monthly student engagement and conversion targets.
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve outreach and student satisfaction.
Requirements
