Purpose of this particular role The purpose of this role will be to drive the entire administrative functions of the organization by establishing best admin processes and practices.

Administrative Manager must be able to prioritize tasks and is expected to provide flawless administrative support to achieve business objectives.

This position expected to work closely with the Organization’s leaders formulating and implementing administrative strategies and policies to make Neptunus a Excellent Place to Work

Key Results (What will I be accountable for?)

Administration & Facility Management

Lead and oversee administration and facility operations to ensure a protected, efficient, and well-maintained workplace.

Manage the admin and facility teams, allocate resources, and monitor service delivery.

Travel & Transport Management

Oversee travel and transport operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Manage travel vendors, vehicle maintenance, and transport documentation.

Asset & Vendor Management





Oversee asset lifecycle management, inventory, AMCs, vendor performance, and cost optimization.

Compliance, Insurance & Legal Coordination

Ensure timely renewal of licenses, insurance, and statutory compliances.

Liaise with government authorities, coordinate audits, and manage legal matters.

Safety & Security

Ensure workplace safety, security, emergency preparedness, and compliance with statutory requirements.

Oversee fire drills, security systems, and safety audits.

Team Leadership & Budget Management

Lead, coach, and develop the administration, travel, and facility teams.

Manage departmental budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous process improvements.

Event & Guest Services Management

Oversee company events, guest house operations, and visitor management.

Ensure high-quality service delivery while optimizing costs and resources.
