Qualification: Any Graduate / Hotel Management / Facility Management preferred "Candidates must be proficient in speaking Kannada. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager – Soft Services to oversee housekeeping operations (Cleaning & Hygiene) at a large manufacturing plant.

The role involves managing a workforce of 250+ housekeeping and support staff while ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene across the facility.

Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise soft service operations of housekeeping team.

Lead and control a team of 250+ housekeeping and support staff.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards across the plant.

Monitor contractor performance, manpower deployment, attendance, and productivity.

Prepare budgets, MIS reports,



and operational performance reports.

Coordinate with plant management for facility-related requirements and improvements.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain service excellence.

Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and customer complaints.

Requirements 8+ years of experience in Facility Management with strong exposure to soft services.

Experience managing large teams (100+ workforce) in manufacturing plants, industrial facilities.

Solid leadership, vendor management, and people management skills.

Knowledge of housekeeping standards,and facility operations.

Willingness to stay at the plant accommodation and handle site operations independently.
