Python Developer-Engineer / Senior Engineer - Automation

Location -Mehasan

Python Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Python programming, GUI development using Tkinter and CustomTkinter, and working knowledge of industrial communication protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

- BE / B Tech Computer Science / Electronics and Communication Engineering
- Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4-5 years of professional experience in Python development
- Proficiency in Tkinter and CustomTkinter for desktop GUI applications
- Strong understanding of Pandas for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience working with JSON data formats
- Hands-on experience with PyModbus and communication protocols such as:
- Modbus RTU/TCP
- RS232, RS485
- TCP/IP, MQTT (optional but a plus)

- Solid experience working on Ubuntu/Linux/Windows systems
- Microsoft, Linux & Ubuntu operation system functional knowledge,



MS SQL basics, Basics of Crystal Reports, ms-xml and knowledge of RTOS will be added advantage.
- Proficiency in using Git for version control and experience working with Git repositories
- Knowledge of both back-end and front-end of python platform is must.
- Ability to work with branches, pull requests, merge conflicts, and team-oriented development workflows
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with socket programming and multi-threading in Python
- Basic knowledge of hardware interfacing and serial device communication
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and workflow automation (e.g., Git Actions)
- Exposure to Docker or other containerization tools is a plus
- Knowledge of AWS MQTT protocol is preferred
