Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance across Production and Dispatch.



The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in in-process quality, final inspection, dispatch quality, customer quality requirements, root cause analysis, CAPA, and quality systems. The role requires a hands-on professional who can strengthen quality processes, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Manage in-process, final inspection, and dispatch quality activities.
- Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and company standards.
- Investigate quality issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA.
- Monitor and improve quality systems, processes, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, and Dispatch teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Lead internal quality audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve product quality.
- Mentor and guide the quality team to achieve operational excellence.
- Prepare quality reports, monitor KPIs, and present findings to management.
