Position Overview

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for faculty, researchers, and academic leadership roles
- Attract high-quality talent aligned with NAMTECHs academic and research vision
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build a strong academic workforce

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end academic hiring (faculty, researchers, leadership roles)
- Develop sourcing strategies for niche academic talent (India & global)
- Partner with Deans and academic leaders for hiring needs
- Coordinate interviews, selection committees, and candidate experience
- Drive employer branding in academic and research communities
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and ensure process compliance
- Manage offer rollout, negotiations, and onboarding

Education & Experience





- Masters degree in HR or related field
- 25 years of recruitment experience
- Exposure to academic/faculty hiring preferred

Core Competencies

- Expertise in sourcing niche talent
- Attention to detail and process orientation
- Excellent communication skills
