- Review structural drawings and reinforcement details.
- Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Coordinate with design and production teams for reinforcement requirements.
- Optimize steel consumption and minimize wastage.
Reinforcement Yard Management
- Manage cutting, bending, tagging, and storage of reinforcement bars.
- Ensure timely production of reinforcement cages.
- Monitor reinforcement inventory and stock levels.
- Plan manpower and equipment utilization.
Production Coordination
- Coordinate with precast production teams for daily reinforcement requirements.
- Ensure availability of reinforcement cages as per production schedules.
- Monitor productivity and achieve daily targets.
