- Manage and lead regional/area sales teams
- Develop strong DSA, connector & open market network
- Expand business across assigned locations
- Monitor portfolio quality, productivity & profitability
- Coordinate with credit, operations & collections teams
- Ensure solid market presence and business growth
Requirements
- 10-15 years experience in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Lending
- Strong team handling & leadership exposure
- Excellent open market and DSA sourcing experience
- Strong knowledge of Gujarat market
