Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the overall operations of the site, ensuring smooth execution of construction projects in solar, hydro, wind, and PSP industries.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for site management, maintenance, and repair activities to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental norms throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 15-25 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects in renewable energy sectors such as solar, hydro, wind, or PSP.
- Solid background in project management including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
- Proven track record of successfully executing complex construction projects on time within budget constraints.
