We are looking for an accomplished Business Leader who can independently drive the overall operations and growth of our Engineering Manufacturing business.

This is a P&L; leadership role, responsible for managing the complete business across Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Quality, Safety, HR, IT, and Customer Excellence while working closely with the Promoters.

The incumbent will provide strategic direction, strengthen operational excellence, drive profitable growth, and build a high-performance organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Leadership

- Lead the entire business independently with complete operational ownership.
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term business growth strategies.
- Drive profitability, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.
- Work closely with promoters to define business objectives and future expansion plans.

Operations & Manufacturing

- Oversee Manufacturing, Production Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Stores, Procurement, and Safety functions.
- Improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost competitiveness.
- Ensure timely delivery and operational excellence across the organization.





Sales & Marketing

- Drive business development and revenue growth.
- Strengthen OEM relationships and key customer engagement.
- Develop market expansion strategies across domestic and international markets.
- Support pricing strategies, product positioning, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Cross Functional Leadership

- Provide leadership across:
- Manufacturing
- Marketing
- Purchase
- Supply Chain
- Stores
- Finance
- HR
- IT
- Quality
- Safety & EHS

- Build a team-oriented and performance-driven culture.

Strategic Planning

- Monitor business performance through KPIs.
