Relationship Manager Nexus Equity Growth Fund (Category III AIF)

About the Fund

Nexus Equity Growth Fund is a top-quartile, SEBI-registered Category III Alternative Investment Fund. We are expanding our relationship management team in Ahmedabad and are hiring experienced Relationship Managers across two roles Direct Investments and Distributor Relations. This is an opportunity to build with a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial fund in a role with clear ownership and robust earning potential.

Role 1: Relationship Manager — Direct Investments

Own and grow relationships with the fund's direct investors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new direct investors — UHNIs, HNIs, family offices and NRIs — and grow assets mobilised.
- Manage, retain and deepen existing investor relationships through the investment lifecycle.
- Present the fund's strategy, positioning and performance to prospective and existing investors.
- Ensure smooth investor onboarding, KYC and documentation in coordination with operations.
- Provide ongoing servicing, portfolio updates and periodic reporting to investors.

Requirements:

- Experience in private banking, PCG or wealth management.
- Preferably a Relationship Manager from a prominent bank or wealth management company.




- An established client base of HNI investors.

Role 2: Relationship Manager — Distributor Relations

Build and grow the fund's distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, onboard and activate distribution partners — IFAs/MFDs, national distributors and wealth desks.
- Drive mobilisation and AUM growth through the distribution channel.
- Manage and strengthen long-term partner relationships.
- Conduct product training, engagement and enablement for partners.
- Track channel performance and continually expand the partner network.

Requirements:

- Experience in channel sales or distributor management.
- Existing distributor relationships across wealth and AMC channels.

Common Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Sound understanding of capital markets, AIFs and investment products.
