Role Overview:

Responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent across functions to meet organizational staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end hiring process: screening, interviewing, and offer roll-out.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

Requirements

- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.
- Excellent sourcing skills using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
