BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
Experience -
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Purchase / Procurement within Electrical EPC or Construction projects
Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
Good coordination and communication abilities.
Detail-oriented with a structured approach to documentation and follow-ups.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Key Job Responsibilities -
Manage end-to-end procurement activities for electrical EPC and construction projects.
Source, evaluate, and finalize vendors for electrical materials in line with project specifications and budgets.
Prepare and process RFQs, techno-commercial comparisons, negotiations, and purchase orders.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams to understand technical requirements and delivery schedules.
Ensure timely material delivery to project sites and resolve supply-related issues.
Maintain vendor relationships and support vendor development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
Track purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices, and support audits and MIS reporting.
