Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad Salary: 50,000 p.m. ++ (Gross) Roles Responsibilities: To look after processing packaging of all types of filling lines of edible oils Day to day production planning and try to achieve maximum production with required yield and quality by effective utilization of men, machines, and materials Observing all technical activities and solving the problems at level best Responsible for yield, quality, raw material consumption, and utility Preparation of daily as well as monthly production reports To look after the planning and implementation of maintenance activities of the all the equipment to ensure a good production and minimum down time To implement the positive quality at the time of production, as per SOP Taking care of preventive maintenance of various types of equipment To ensure the safety process is following by all team members Monitoring and troubleshooting of the problems faced during the Normal Operation of plants To facilitate training of workmen to achieve high output levels while maintaining company values, plant, quality,



safety and disciplinary norms To look after the operation of filling and to plan according to the market demand To check the quality of all kind of packaging material and finished goods Close monitoring of all kind of losses like oil filling loss and packaging material losses during the operation Managing plant operation with third party operation for filling Managing maintenance, production and projects of the entire unit as well as third party operations Responsible for preparing implementing plant maintenance schedule Vendor negotiations for procurement of spares for maintenance Implementation and monitoring of TPM activities
