We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture to build scalable, high-performance backend systems.

This role is strictly for candidates with hands-on backend development experience and exposure to distributed systems and system design.

Must-Have Skills

- 4+ years of hands-on Java (Java 8/11/17) development
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot & Spring Framework
- Experience in Microservices Architecture
- Hands-on experience in REST API development
- Strong knowledge of Multithreading & Concurrency
- Experience with SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Valuable understanding of System Design & Scalability
- Hands-on with Git, Maven or Gradle

Good to Have

- Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ
- Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB / Cassandra)
- Exposure to Docker & Kubernetes
- Cloud experience (AWS / GCP / Azure)




- Experience in high-traffic / large-scale systems

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable microservices-based backend systems
- Participate in architecture and design discussions
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Product teams
