MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS:

- Should follow Production plan with zero failure.
- Maintaining the OEE of plant as per target.
- Daily Rejection analysis and implementing their CAPA.
- Coordinate with all the support team for effective utilization of resources.
- Make sure all the machineries are ready at the time of production.
- Making all the Production related MIS.
- Leading a small team of production.
- Ensuring that Quality standards are met.
- Preparing all the Requisition of consumables required for production.
- Ensuring data entry of production and rejection data is done timely in PDS.




- Develop the culture of improvement from down the line by encouraging them for kaizen submission.
- Implementation of Poka yoke wherever in the process is possible if not develop detection method then.
- Implement SMED on shopfloor for smooth quick changeover.
- Ensure to develop culture of 5s on shop floor.
- Ensuring that health safety regulations are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical) with1+years of experience in refill production.
