Actuarial Valuation - IFRS 17 - 2+ Years - Bengaluru

Are you an actuarial professional with experience in IFRS 17 reporting? We are looking for an IFRS Consultant to support IFRS 17 valuation, financial reporting, and implementation activities while collaborating with actuarial, finance, and reporting teams.

Location - Bengaluru

Responsibilities -

1. Support IFRS 17 Actuarial valuation and reporting processes.
2. Prepare and validate data required for IFRS reporting and disclosures.
3. Assist in calculating and analyzing key IFRS 17 metrics, including CSM, Risk Adjustment, and Fulfilment Cash Flows.
4. Coordinate with actuarial, finance, and business teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
5. Assist in process automation, reporting enhancements, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
6. Support analysis of financial results and explain variances across reporting periods.

Requirements -

1. 2+ years of experience in IFRS 17 reporting, actuarial valuation, insurance finance, or a related domain.
2. Good understanding of IFRS 17 concepts and insurance accounting principles.
3. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Python, SQL, R, or IFRS reporting tools will be an advantage.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
6. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
7. Valuable communication and presentation abilities.
