Role & responsibilities

- Should be preferably in his/her mid-20s, exhibit high energy levels and ambition.

- To meet regularly potential builders, Individuals to convert hot leads and convince them for society clinics & follow up.

- Must be target driven, achieve the Acquisition target of society Clinics.

- To maintain and update Daily reporting status to respective Reporting Manager and attend weekly/monthly reviews with RM to understand the Actual/ Target performance of the month.

- To suggest innovative measures and avenues to enhance society clinics revenue and profitability.

- Good business sense required to understand the basics of the society clinics market with regards to needs of the customer, choices/competitors, role of price etc.

- Must have consumer insights their psyche, trends, segments etc.

- Must have the communication skills to understand the message and value proposition of The Apollo Clinic.

- Must be equally comfortable dealing with society as well as with individual customers.



An ability to maintain poise and to nurture relationships is therefore important.

- Valuable leadership, inter-personal and communication skills.

- Branding – related to The Apollo Clinic – identity; presentation; services offered etc.

- Csat survey – should play and integral role in carrying out customer satisfaction surveys and collating related information and reports.

- To act as the liaison between the Society clinic and the Apollo Clinic.

- To conceive promotional products that lead to additional foot falls into the Society clinic (along with Marketing Manager and CMO).

- To conceive and run programs such as mystery caller/mystery shopper and generate reports on the same.

- To help tying loose ends and closing the loop on various customer feedback/complaints.

- To suggest innovative measures and avenues to enhance society clinic’s revenue and profitability.
