Role Description The Accounts Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Erode.

The Accounts

Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining ledgers, processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements. This role will involve preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and statutory requirements.

The Accounts

Manager will coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and auditors, support cost control initiatives for precast and concrete projects, and help implement efficient financial processes. The position requires hands-on involvement in data entry, review of financial documentation, and timely reporting to management.

Qualifications





Candidates should possess strong core in Group company and Division wise accounting skills, including ledger management, accounts payable/receivable handling, bank reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements.

Candidates should possess skills in financial analysis and reporting, such as budgeting, variance analysis, cost monitoring, and cash flow management.

Candidates should possess familiarity with accounting software and tools, including proficiency in ERP or Tally-like systems, spreadsheets, and basic data management.

Candidates should possess knowledge of taxation and compliance, including GST, TDS, statutory filings, and adherence to relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills, including attention to detail, time management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and clear reporting to management.

Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; qualified certifications (e.g., CA/ICWA inter or equivalent) will be an added advantage.

Prior experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar accounting role, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or precast/concrete industries, will be beneficial.

Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Erode, manage multiple priorities, and uphold ethical financial practices and confidentiality.
