About The Role We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable-Collections professional to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable management, specifically in collections, with a proven track record of maintaining healthy cash flows and reducing outstanding balances.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will support the senior finance team in various reconciliation and collection activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to contribute to the financial health of the organization while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable and collections.





Certification in SAP is preferred, along with strong proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel. Candidates must demonstrate excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and be adept at report writing and IT-related tasks. Prior experience in retail business accounting and familiarity with collection and ticketing tools used in AR are advantageous.

The candidate should be a team player with a positive attitude, capable of working independently and collaboratively. Critical thinking, high proficiency in mathematics, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines are essential attributes for this role.

Responsibilities The key responsibilities for this role include supporting the senior Sales Audit Associate during month-end closing activities related to cash and card reconciliation and collections. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and sending weekly and monthly open item reports to the local finance team, and setting up calls to discuss and resolve outstanding items.

Managing IT support and ticketing related to issues in Sales Audit processes is also part of the role. Ensuring all reconciliations are accurately prepared and aligned with PCAOB standards, with proper backup documentation, is crucial. Additionally,



the role involves monitoring and managing collection activities, following up with clients to ensure timely payments, and maintaining detailed records of all collection efforts.

The candidate will also assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable and contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in collections.
