Hiring Alert | AR Executive – US Healthcare RCM (AR Calling)

We are looking for experienced AR Executives with hands-on experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) .

Role & Responsibilities:

- Handle insurance follow-up for unpaid, denied, and underpaid medical claims.
- Analyze and resolve claim denials through effective communication with US insurance payers.
- Work on AR accounts to improve collections and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Manage claim status follow-ups, appeals, and payment-related issues.
- Review EOB/ERA and take appropriate action on outstanding claims.
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity & quality targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare RCM – AR Calling/Denial Management.
- Good knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance.
- Solid communication skills and ability to work in US shifts.
