About the Role The Fixed Asset & Accounts Payable Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end fixed asset accounting and accounts payable operations. This includes maintaining the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate and timely invoice booking, handling TDS and compliance activities, and coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and auditors. The role requires a detail-oriented qualified who can ensure clean books, timely closings, and strong compliance adherence. Key Responsibilities

Fixed Asset Accounting

Manage end-to-end fixed asset accounting including capitalization, asset transfers, depreciation, disposals, and reconciliations.

Maintain the fixed asset register and monitor asset movements across locations.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to fixed asset.

Coordinate with auditors for requirements related to fixed asset schedules and reconciliation.

Accounts Payable Operations

Handle accounts payable activities including invoice processing,



vendor reconciliations, and payment follow-ups.

Ensure timely and accurate booking of invoices in SAP HANA.

Process vendor payments in accordance with company policies.

Resolve vendor queries and escalate issues where necessary.

TDS & Compliance

Perform TDS calculations, deductions, filings, and related compliance activities

Ensure adherence to statutory and internal compliance processes.

Support auditors with documentation and compliance-related requirements.

Reporting & MIS

Prepare MIS reports and reconciliation statements as required by management.

Track and report on asset movements, AP ageing, and vendor balances.

Provide inputs for month-end and year-end financial closing.

Requirements Experience & Expertise2+ years of experience in Fixed Asset Accounting and Accounts Payable. (Mandatory).

Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end fixed asset processes. (Mandatory)

Working knowledge of SAP HANA. (Mandatory)

Good understanding of TDS and statutory compliance.

Knowledge of GST and vendor accounting processes. (Prefeancerred)

Skills Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in managing tasks and deadlines

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems.
