GST Compliance

- Prepare and file monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure timely submission.
- Perform GSTR-2A / 2B reconciliation with purchase registers to ensure accurate Input

Tax Credit (ITC) claim.
- Handle Input Service Distributor (ISD) entries and distribution of input tax credits to

respective branches/units.
- Prepare annual GST returns (GSTR-9) and support GST audit & certification (GSTR-9C) by

coordinating with auditors.
- Reconcile books of accounts with GST returns monthly and annually.
- Manage vendor GST compliance – verify GST registration, invoice formats, and

compliance with reverse charge mechanism (RCM) where applicable.

Accounts Payable (AP)

- Process vendor invoices with 3-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice) and ensure compliance

with company policies.




- Maintain and reconcile Vendor Accounts; resolve discrepancies and payment issues.
- Prepare and analyze Vendor Aging Reports to monitor overdue balances and optimize

working capital.
- Manage GR/IR (Goods Received / Invoice Received) reconciliation, ensuring timely

clearing of open items.
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments (NEFT/RTGS/Cheque).
- Coordinate with procurement and user departments for invoice validation and

approvals.
- Support month-end and year-end closing with AP schedules and accruals.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (Master’s preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable and GST compliance.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, GST laws, and TDS provisions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP / Tally / Oracle / ERP

systems).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
