About Us

Pappytech Solutions Private Limited is a rapidly growing e-commerce company dealing in imported and domestic products across multiple categories. We sell through leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other digital platforms.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our Accounts Team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting, good Excel skills, and the ability to support daily accounting operations, reconciliations, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and pass day-to-day accounting entries.
- Assist in bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and daily accounting activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial records and accounting documents.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Maintain cash book and record day-to-day financial transactions.
- Assist in GST, TDS, PT, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Support monthly account reconciliations and financial reporting activities.
- Reconcile payments received from Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.




- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related documentation and queries.
- Assist in audits, finalization of accounts, and other finance-related activities.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company accounting policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally ERP or similar accounting software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including:
- VLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- IF Functions
- XLOOKUP
- Data Analysis Functions
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, PT, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce accounting.
- Exposure to Amazon and Flipkart reconciliation processes.
- Experience with financial reporting and account reconciliations.
- Familiarity with audit support and statutory documentation.

Salary ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
