Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations

- Record financial transactions as per company policies and accounting standards

- Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets

- Handle vendor/client invoicing, payments, and expense tracking

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities

- Maintain accurate documentation and organised accounting records

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements

- Coordinate with auditors, internal stakeholders, and external vendors

- Drive automation opportunities and support digitisation of accounting processes

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance)

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in accounts and finance (1-3 years preferred)

- Prior experience in the Fintech domain is an added advantage.





- Prior Experience in Digital Payment transactions is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

- Proficiency in accounting software Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems preferred

- Tech-savvy with a passion for automation tools and digital workflows

- Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance processes

- Strong MS Excel and financial analysis skills

- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and accurate in work

- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
