We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Gwalior. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and Tally Prime. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely statutory filings, and supporting the organization's day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
- Record and reconcile sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns).
- Reconcile GST data with books of accounts.
- Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS as per applicable provisions.
- Prepare quarterly TDS returns.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly reports and assist in financial reporting.
- Maintain proper accounting records and statutory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS,



and other applicable statutory regulations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of GST compliance.
- Hands-on experience in TDS calculation, payment.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime.
- Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling statutory compliances.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and account reconciliations.
- Experience in the real estate, trading, or manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
