? Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, receipts, and payments. Ensure timely collection of dues and vendor payments.

Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements with financial records to ensure accuracy.

Transaction Processing: Prepare and post journal entries accurately into the accounting system.

Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).

Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions comply with internal policies and legal regulations.

Member Statements:



Prepare and issue financial statements, including loan and savings account balances.

Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and addressing queries.

Inventory & Data Entry: Track asset inventory and ensure accurate, timely data entry of all financial transactions.

Additional Support: Assist the accounts team with budgeting, tax filing, and other ad-hoc financial tasks.
