Role & Responsibilities:

Client & Operations Management

Act as the main point of contact for your assigned US clients, supporting them with all accounting, reporting, and compliance needs.

Oversee daily accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.

Manage full-cycle accounting processes and ensure smooth, timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.

Review and analyze financial statements, making sure they align with US GAAP and deliver real value to clients.

Technical Accounting & Compliance

Ensure full compliance with US GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with external auditors, preparing the documentation and insights they need for audits and reviews.

Research complex accounting issues and provide clear, practical solutions for clients and your team.

Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled accountants creating an environment where people can do their best work.

Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation prepared by the team.

Identify ways to streamline processes, improve workflows, and leverage technology to boost accuracy and efficiency.

What Were Looking For

- Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years experience in accounting or finance
- Experience managing a small team is a plus
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Hands-on experience with US-based clients
- Comfortable handling multiple clients at the same time
- Good with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, and Excel




- Clear communication and practical thinking
- Able to solve problems and take ownership
