Accounting Manager (US Accounting)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

Experience: 5–8 Years (Minimum 3 Years in US Accounting)

Salary: 10 LPA – 15 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager (US Accounting) to manage the complete accounting function for our US entities. This is a working manager role where you'll own month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and support US leadership while helping build the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete month-end close process for US entities.
- Manage General Ledger, journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and depreciation.
- Perform bank, credit card, and payment reconciliations.

* Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

* Prepare monthly Financial Statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow).

- Reconcile intercompany transactions.
- Record payroll journal entries and reconcile payroll reports.
- Support audits, lenders, and external accountants.
- Create accounting SOPs and improve financial processes.
- Train and mentor junior accounting team members.

Required Skills





* 5–8 years of Accounting experience.

* Minimum 3 years of US Accounting experience.

* Strong knowledge of US GAAP and the complete accounting cycle.

* Hands-on experience with Xero (Preferred) or QuickBooks Online.

- Experience managing Month-End Close independently.
- Strong expertise in General Ledger, Reconciliations, AP, AR, and Financial Reporting.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Reconciliations).
- Excellent communication skills with experience working directly with US stakeholders.
- Comfortable working permanent US Night Shift.

Preferred Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com (Mandatory)
- CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) / CPA / EA (Preferred)
- Experience in Solar, Construction, Contracting, or Project-Based Accounting is an advantage.
