Role Overview

We are looking for Chartered Accountants with 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in Accounting Advisory Services or Statutory Audit, with hands-on exposure to Ind AS 117 (Insurance Contracts). The role involves supporting insurance sector clients on accounting advisory, financial reporting, implementation, and audit engagements related to Ind AS 117.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Accounting Advisory engagements related to Ind AS 117.

- Support implementation and compliance with Ind AS 117.

- Review accounting treatment, financial reporting, and disclosures for insurance contracts.

- Prepare technical accounting memos and client deliverables.

- Support statutory audit engagements involving Ind AS 117.

- Analyse accounting issues and recommend practical solutions.

- Coordinate with client finance teams and internal stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA)



qualification is mandatory.

- 2 to 4 years of post CA experience in Indian Practice.

- Experience in Accounting Advisory Services with Ind AS 117, or Statutory Audit of insurance companies with Ind AS 117 exposure.

- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, particularly Ind AS 117.

- Positive understanding of financial reporting and accounting standards.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Profile

- Experience with Big 4 or reputed consulting or audit firms.

- Experience in insurance sector engagements.

- Exposure to IFRS 17 implementation or advisory projects will be an added advantage.

- Willingness to work from Mumbai
