Salary Range: 2-3 LPA (As per market) Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 2-3 years of experience in handling financial transactions, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and managing billing and payables.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, reconciliations, tax compliance, and financial analysis. This role involves complete accounting, including project billing, pay reconciliation, and margin analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices.
- Preparation of GST and/or TDS returns.
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Coordination with banks for working capital & term loan facilities.
- Fund flow management.
- Billing and payables management,



ensuring timely processing of all payments.
- Complete responsibility for accounting and financial record-keeping.
- Project billing and pay reconciliation, ensuring accuracy in financial documentation for projects.
- Project margins analysis to assess profitability and financial performance of projects.
- Prior experience in handling the company’s accounts and financial reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with GST, TDS, and financial reconciliations.
- Exposure to audit processes and financial analysis.
- Experience with project billing and margin analysis.
