Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Meerut. The Accountant will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, record financial transactions, and maintain accurate ledgers.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with payroll processing, and reconciling bank statements. The role also involves supporting the preparation of financial reports, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external auditors, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The Accountant is expected to maintain organized documentation and contribute to improving financial processes.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial record-keeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar), MS Excel, and general computer skills.
- Ability to prepare and review invoices,



manage accounts payable/receivable, and reconcile bank and ledger accounts.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations, GST, and compliance requirements relevant to business operations.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in office in Meerut, manage deadlines, and handle confidential financial information responsibly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance role within a services or similar industry is preferred but not mandatory.
