Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Accountant to oversee and manage the company’s financial records with a high level of accuracy and integrity. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth accounting operations, maintain statutory compliance, and provide timely financial insights to support effective decision-making by management.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts including journal entries, general ledgers, and account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns in compliance with applicable laws
- Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and financial forecasting
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit requirements




- Maintain systematic documentation and proper record-keeping of all financial transactions
- Monitor expenses, verify invoices, and ensure adherence to company policies
- Support senior management with financial analysis and reporting as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
