The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced creative business environment.

KRA: Task / Activities Maintain daily accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Expenses)

Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable

Prepare GST returns and ensure compliance

Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny

Maintain invoices, bills, and financial records

Handle payroll processing (if applicable)

Assist in financial reporting and MIS preparation

Coordinate with CA for audits and filings





Track expenses and support budgeting activities KPI: Performance Metrics Accuracy of financial records (error-free entries)

Timely GST filing and statutory compliance

Monthly closing within deadlines

Vendor & client payment cycle efficiency

Audit readiness and documentation quality

MIS report submission timeliness Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills : Required Skills Strong knowledge of accounting principles

Experience with Tally / Zoho Books / similar tools

GST, TDS, and basic compliance knowledge

MS Excel proficiency

Attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Skills Experience in creative/media/design agency

Knowledge of financial reporting & MIS
