Position: Accountant / Accounts Executive

Location: Inno House, Sector 32, Gurugram, Haryana 122001

Salary: 20,000-30,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, adaptable, and detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping, hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP, and good computer skills.

The candidate should be willing to learn new things, open to taking up new responsibilities, and adaptable to different types of work as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping records.
- Handle accounting entries, invoices, receipts, payments, and related documentation.
- Work on Tally ERP for accounting and record maintenance.
- Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, reports, and other financial records.
- Handle email communication and routine correspondence.
- Maintain proper records of accounts and supporting documents.
- Assist in reconciliation and other routine accounting activities.




- Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounts-related requirements.
- Assist with additional accounts and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned work.

Required Qualification & Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Good working knowledge of Email Handling.
- Knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Ability to maintain records systematically.
