Job Summary

RKM Housing is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience, preferably in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record journal entries, sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, cash books, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance and return filings.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Finalize accounts, including Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
- Maintain vendor and customer account reconciliations.
- Ensure statutory compliance and proper documentation.




- Support management with financial reports and budgeting.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP.
- Strong command of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
- Bank reconciliation and ledger management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications
- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in real estate or construction will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Able to independently handle end-to-end accounting.
- Strong understanding of taxation and audit processes.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.

Industry Preference: Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or up to 30 days preferred.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
