Key Responsibilities

Daily Financial Operations

- Record daily cash, card, and digital patient receipts.
- Reconcile daily billing data against laboratory information systems (LIS).
- Process vendor invoices for medical reagents and equipment.
- Manage accounts payable for multiple diagnostic branches.
- Track petty cash expenses for each clinic location.

Insurance and Corporate Billing
- Reconcile insurance claims with corporate health partners.
- Monitor outstanding receivables from government healthcare schemes.
- Follow up on delayed payments from institutional clients.
- Verify B2B partner commissions and referral payouts.

Compliance and Reporting:
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements per branch.
- Maintain fixed asset registers for heavy medical machinery.




- Calculate depreciation for scanners, X-ray, and MRI equipment.
- Support internal and external financial audits.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Experience: 1-2 years of accounting experience in healthcare.
- Software: Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or hospital ERP software.
- Skills: Solid knowledge of medical billing and inventory accounting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
