Role Description The Accountant role at CR Fruits International Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording and reconciling transactions, preparing and reviewing ledgers, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, monitoring cash flow, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and supporting monthly and annual closing activities.



The role also involves preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations, coordinating with internal teams and external auditors, and supporting management with data-driven financial insights to aid decision-making.

Qualifications

Strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, along with good working knowledge of MS Excel and other spreadsheet tools.

Understanding of local tax regulations, compliance requirements, and basic knowledge of auditing practices.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial data and documentation.

Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work systematically in a fast-paced trading and import/export environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; qualified certifications (CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.

Prior experience in accounting within FMCG, trading, or import/export businesses is preferred.
