Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations for the consultancy.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with budgeting, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. The role also involves preparing basic financial reports, supporting tax and compliance documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external auditors or consultants as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur,



requiring regular collaboration with the architecture and planning teams to ensure proper project cost tracking and financial documentation.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in bookkeeping, general ledger management, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, and basic data analysis.
- Ability to prepare financial statements, perform bank reconciliations, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory compliance relevant to professional services firms.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with project teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Specialized in Tally software.
- Prior experience as an accountant or accounts executive, preferably in consulting, architecture, construction, or related industries.
