About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our team at Leena Ventures. In this role, you will be instrumental in evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting comprehensive market research, and supporting the due diligence process.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation. Qualifications The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications such as CFA or CMA are preferred but not mandatory.

Prior internship or work experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or consulting is highly desirable. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and familiarity with industry research tools are essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities





- Assist in sourcing and screening potential investment opportunities through market research and industry analysis.
- Conduct detailed due diligence on prospective investments, including financial analysis, valuation, and risk assessment.
- Prepare comprehensive investment memos and presentations for internal review and decision-making.
- Monitor portfolio companies’ performance and provide ongoing analysis to support strategic growth initiatives.

- Support the negotiation process and assist in drafting investment agreements and related documentation.
