Key Responsibilities
Review, verify, and process vendor invoices
Match, code, and upload invoices into the system
Prepare electronic payments and check runs
Reconcile accounts payable transactions
Monitor payment schedules and resolve invoice discrepancies
Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor queries
Assist with month-end closing and audit documentation
Generate monthly reports and maintain accurate financial records
Ensure confidentiality of financial and organizational information
