We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales team and drive growth in the Mid-Corporate (MCG) segment. The Account Manager will own the sales journey from qualified lead to activation and expansion, ensuring customers realize maximum value from Skydo's cross-border payment solutions.

What you will do

- Own and validate the sales pipeline end-to-end post-BDR discovery, converting qualified leads into deeply engaged prospects.
- Deliver tailored, solution-oriented product demonstrations that address specific prospect pain points, driving them toward "Ready to Onboard" (RTO) status.
- Move prospects through the final stages of the sales funnel, securing commitments and actively guiding them through the initial onboarding process to ensure early success.
- Strategically manage post-activation accounts to identify growth opportunities, driving upsells, cross-sells, and long-term revenue expansion.
- Maintain high sales productivity by utilizing CRM tools, exact account mapping, and meticulous call planning to optimize the sales cycle.
- Partner closely with the demand generation and BDR teams,



providing actionable insights on lead quality and market feedback to continually optimize the top of the funnel.

You’re a good fit if you have:

- Strong academic record with approx. 4 years of work experience and at least 3 years in b2b sales.
- Experience with CRM and customer funnel management in B2B. Preferred sectors - financial services, SaaS / Software
- Sales DNA (target orientation), attention to detail and execution focus
- Understands customer requirements, enjoys building trust-based relationships
- Excellent English communication skills, persuasiveness and interpersonal skills
