Role Summary

The CEO will provide strategic leadership and overall management of the company's multi-format pharmacy retail and wholesale business. The role is responsible for driving business growth, profitability, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and long-term organizational success while leading the executive team and delivering the Board-approved business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company's vision, strategy, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Drive business expansion through FOFO, COCO/FICO stores, wholesale, and rapid delivery channels.
- Own end-to-end Profit & Loss (P&L;), budgeting, revenue growth, cost optimization, and financial performance.
- Lead operations, supply chain, and network expansion to ensure operational excellence.
- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team, organizational culture, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and pharmacy regulations.
- Strengthen corporate governance, risk management, and internal controls.




- Manage relationships with the Board, investors, regulators, franchise partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead fundraising initiatives and drive IPO readiness.

Qualification

- MBA (Preferred) / Postgraduate in Management, Pharmacy, Commerce, or equivalent.

Experience

- 15-20 years of senior leadership experience with full P&L; ownership.
- Proven experience in Pharmacy Retail, Healthcare, FMCG Distribution, Retail Chain, or Franchise Business.
- Experience in scaling multi-location operations and leading large teams.
