Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies for chemical manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Process Safety Management Systems (PSM).
- Provide training on safety best practices to employees.
- Implement safety management systems like PTW, PHA, and HAZOP.
- Analyze incidents and develop corrective actions plans to prevent future occurrences.

Job Requirements :

- 15-25 years of experience as a Safety Specialist or in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of PSM principles, PHA/PHAs analysis, HIRA methodologies, and relevant regulations.
- Proven ability to develop effective safety programs that improve incident rates.
- Experience with safety management systems like PSM, TWT, and HAZOP.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
