Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to manage and strengthen the companys digital presence. The candidate will be responsible for planning content, managing social media platforms, coordinating creative production, running campaigns and increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.

Experience in the real estate, construction, architecture or interior-design industry will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

- Create high-quality content (blog posts, videos, tweets) that resonates with target audiences and drives website traffic.

- Manage online advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to reach new customers.

- Monitor analytics reports to track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts into overall marketing initiatives.

- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers and project teams.

- Publish and schedule posts, reels, stories, videos and project updates.

- Visit project sites when required to collect photographs, videos and construction updates.

- Plan content related to project progress, amenities, location benefits and customer engagement.

- Respond to comments, messages and online enquiries in a skilled manner. Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in creating engaging content for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

- Strong understanding of social media optimization techniques for maximum visibility.

- Experience with online advertising platforms such as Meta Ads or similar tools.
